Fern is a little girl who loves nature, plants and sunlight. She has small adventures and shares life with her two friends: a little sheep and a big polar bear.
Little Fern (in Portuguese it's called Menina Avenca) is an autobiographical character born during the quarantine of 2021, a humorous self-portrait inspired by my love for wool clothes (yes, that's me in the photos), for plants ( I'm a biologist) and on my self-acceptance of my messy hair.
So far, she has printed handmade notebooks that I make and Christmas cards that I send along with other printed products.
I even had a doll made from my illustrations of the Little Fern, tell me if it's not beautiful?
